How to create your online shop on My Avenue, step by step.

What you need before you start
- Your shop's name, its address and what it does.
- An e-mail address you actually check.
- Something to start your shop window from: your website, your Instagram, an Excel, a PDF or ten photos from your phone. Ten products are enough to begin.
- Later, when you want to get paid: your tax details and a bank account.
Step 1 — Register
You create your seller account with your e-mail. You tell us the shop's name, the town and the category. You confirm the e-mail and enter your dashboard. Two minutes.
Step 2 — Prepare your shop window
Choose whichever route suits you best. You can combine them.
- A website or online shop
- You give us the address and we use the information available: products, texts and photos. You review.
- An Excel or CSV
- You upload it and we turn it into product listings.
- A catalogue or price list in PDF
- You upload it and we pull the products out of it.
- Photos from your phone
- You upload the photos and we prepare the name, description and price for you to confirm.
- None of these
- You create the products by hand, one by one, with a simple form.
Start with your ten best. There is no need to upload everything on day one. With ten well-chosen products your shop window already has a face. Add the rest whenever you like, and if one product looks like another, duplicate it and change what needs changing.
Step 3 — We review and publish
Once your shop has a name, an address, a category and products, you request the review from your dashboard. We check that it is a real shop and that the listing is complete. We let you know by e-mail when it is published on My Avenue, with your name, your photos and your address.
Step 4 — Sell and get paid
To get paid you activate your payouts account: identity verification and bank details, as with any payment provider. Your shop can be published and findable before that step; the buy button switches on once payouts are ready.
Your customers' payments are processed securely. From your dashboard you see the orders, prepare the deliveries and check your payouts. You are the seller: your prices, your lead times, your customer service.

How long does it take?
Registering, two minutes. The shop window, as long as it takes you to pick your ten best. The review, we let you know by e-mail as soon as it is done.
I have hundreds of products.
Even better. We start from your website or your Excel and you have them all. Begin by featuring ten.
Can I change things later?
Everything: products, photos, prices, texts, opening hours. From your dashboard, whenever you like.
What about delivery?
The customer pays delivery at the price set by the platform, unless you decide to offer free delivery. That amount reaches you in full, with no commission. You prepare the parcel and send it. If you prefer, you can offer collection from your shop.
What about VAT and invoices?
You are the seller and you invoice. Before your first sale you tell us, just once, whether you charge VAT or not; if you are not VAT-registered, your prices are shown without VAT. The customer always sees the final price, taxes included. The 10% commission is calculated on the price excluding VAT.
I have no time.
That is why we help you. A short while on WhatsApp and you do not touch it again until you want to.
